Street Teams have been utilized by the unsigned and indie bands for years and since that’s my background I thought..hey…this could work for Renegade Baby. Why should I spend a ton o’ money on marketing when there are plenty of people who need free stuff and I need free advertising? So here’s the details:
What does the Street Team do?
The Renegade Baby Street Team is a group of Renegade Baby’s customers, who want to help promote cloth diapering and Renegade Baby. Street Team members share their love for cloth diapering and Renegade Baby with others through a number of missions with the idea of increasing sales and getting people aware of cloth diapering in general.
There are two levels:
Online: This is where you post about Renegade Baby in message boards, blogs, chat rooms and places like MySpace.
Street Marketing: This is where I give you a flyer in PDF and you post it in places or hand it out.
Is there a commitment?
There’s no commitment…it just depends on how much time you have and how much you want to do to win free stuff. Only your level of ambition and imagination limits you!
Why should I join?
Active Street Team members who complete the Renegade Baby missions will receive gift certificates for products at Renegade Baby. You will also be the first to know about all sales, promotions, and discounts happening or scheduled to happen at Renegade Baby.
How do I join?
To join simply email streetteam [at] RenegadeBaby.net. We’ll contact you with your first mission. When you complete that mission it will entitle you to your first prize that you can use to purchase free products.
