Shipping:
All orders usually process and ship within three days. All items are shipped USPS mail, with the exception of direct from vendors, back ordered items and freight shipped items.
Please note that some items are in limited supply. If an item becomes no longer available after you order it, you will be notified. If the item is available in back order, you will be notified of a delayed shipping period. Other options you will be offered will be: To make an order change to a different product or To make a change to a different size (you will be notified of available sizes).
If you are interested in special shipping (ie. overnight shipping) please email us at info(at) RenegadeBaby.net with your first and last name, contact phone #, and request. We will contact you as soon as possible on whether your request can be met. Please note: you will be invoiced for special requests and your order will not ship until payment has been received.

Returns/Exchanges:
We are glad to refund or exchange all purchases if you are not completely satisfied. Just return merchandise unused and unwashed in original packaging within 30 days of receipt with your purchase order/gift receipt #. You can choose credit for another item (if so, please list this in with your return), a gift certificate, or your money back from Renegade Baby through Paypal in the amount of the value of the item(s) purchased including all taxes (excluding all shipping and handling charges).
